Yoga for Athletes® is not a competition with others but a challenge for the individual. The benefit of the practice is to help you become more flexible, get stronger, and help you breathe the most effective way to deepen your stretch and open up your mind and body and to help build core strength.
Yoga for Athletes® is a 1 hour class involving an exclusive sequence of poses to focus on areas of the body that are the most used, the tightest, and injury prone for Athletes such as the hips, knees, lower back, and shoulders.
