Spinning
Learn the basics of spinning… from adjusting your spinning bike, to proper posture, safety guidelines, breathing techniques, heart rate monitoring, latest trends and more. Spinning is a revolutionary bicycle training technique which has gained immense popularity over the last few years. Many of you may be skeptical about riding a stationary bike and going nowhere. Granted the scenery remains constant, but the workout changes constantly. The spinning program keeps your mind engaged while vigorously challenging your body! The use of guided visualization and music make it a very motivational and inspirational workout. Do you want to burn calories? The average calories burned in one class is 475. Be on the cutting edge like never before. Your friends may not get it, but they will probably wish their legs looked like yours. The rhythm of your own smooth, uninterrupted pedal strokes puts you into a Zen-like state. If you haven't tried spinning you don't know what you're missing! Great cross training. Lots of energy!
