Pilates Coaching on a mat is a unique way to transform the way your body looks,
feels and performs. It increases core strength and flexibility and tones the entire body. Best of all,
training on the Reformer is a low impact but challenging workout so it is an excellent exercise for all
ages and abilities, from beginners to top athletes.
Pilates Mat Classes
A group exercise program conducted on mats. Each Session will include the use of balls, tubes and weights to
increase the intensity of the mat portion of the session. Please see the Club Class Schedule for dates and times
