partner waiting for you to get to the Club each day? Would you get more from your work outs if
someone took you through every exercise every time you came to work out? And are you the type of
person that just doesn't want to think when you're at the Club and would do better in your workouts
if someone held your hand and guided you through every step from the time you got to the gym until
you went home?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our club's personal training program is what you
need.
What is the Personal Training program and who should take part?
Personal Training, or working with one of our experienced, certified Personal Trainers, is for anyone
who struggles with any type of motivation when it comes to sticking with a fitness program. How it
works is simple. Book a Personal Trainer and he or she will be waiting for you when you arrive. Your
Personal Trainer will then take you through every step of the workout, providing guidance as you need
it, as well as some motivation, to get the most out of the workout for that day. At
Fit4You we have
3 Personal Training options to suite your individual preference:
Basic Personal Training: This Personal Training program provides you 4 one hour Personal Training
session each month with your Open Club Membership. Thus, a standard 12 month Open Club membership
will include 48 Personal Training sessions. You may schedule your sessions anytime throughout the
month to suit your needs. Any unused sessions, however, may not be carried over to subsequent months.
Personal Training Packs: Personal Training Packs are ideal for those not enrolled in the
Basic Personal Training or for those desiring to work out and train more frequently, such as two
or more times a week on a regular basis. Personal Training Packs start at 10 one hour Personal
Training session (a 10 Pack) and may be purchased in larger quantities of sessions as well. There
is a three month time limit to use a 10 Pack and this three month time limit is extended with the
purchase of larger quantities of Personal Training sessions.
Juniors, Seniors, Special Groups and Corporate Accounts qualify for special Personal Training rates.
Please ask one of our Sales Staff to explain cost savings available to you if you qualify in one
of these three categories.
Our Sales Staff will be happy to assist you in selecting the Personal Training Program best suited
for you. Regardless of which Personal Training option you select, working out with a Personal Trainer
will give you the maximum workout with the least amount of thinking or hassle.
