A class that is unlike any other. Using core body muscles, this athletic workout combines plyometrics, strength
and circuit training. Experience the fitness characteristics of speed, agility, quickness, transitional balance,
reaction skills, multi-joint strength and movement skills. This style of training transfers well into multiple
sports as well as integrated functional fitness training. Class participants will leave the class with a toolbox
of innovative exercises using everyday and cutting edge sports conditioning equipment. All levels welcome.
