Cardio Strength
Add more fat burning potential to your workout!

Cardio/Strength is a 60 minute class working to strengthen all the major muscle groups (upper and lower body) using free weights, tubes, balls, barbells, etc. Additionally there are bursts of high intensity cardio (pick the level that gets your heart rate up) between the strength work to burn additional calories during the workout and burn more fat even when the workout is done. Variety and individual challenge are the goals for this class.
