Abs & Gluts
Classes are devoted to the stomach and buttocks area. Everyone loves a workout that trains every inch of the lower body. An easy to follow format works just that every inch of the lower body. A variety of exercises are incorporated into the class with emphasis on upper, lower and oblique abdominal muscles. The gluteus maximus is worked hard through a series of effective lunges and squatting techniques. This power- packed class will have you begging for more. Up for a challenge? Give this class a try.
